Ordering your building
Define your needs.
How will you use your shed? How large should you make it? How many windows? What about lofts? How about a workbench, an extra room, or shelving? Decide how much space you want and what add-on features will serve you well.
Measure your space.
During the set-up process, we'll need at least five feet of maneuvering room on each end of the shed. For example, if you're buying a 12x24, we'll need at least 34 feet of end-to-end space to work with. We can then position your shed fairly close to other buildings or obstacles. Measure your space, or if you'd like someone to come out and check your site, let us know.
Consider your options.

Payment Options.
We can accept payment in cash or check, and can take a credit card over the phone or in person for a 3% transaction fee. For cash purchases, we ask for 50% down and final payment upon delivery. We also offer a Rent-To-Own option through Russellville Rentals. Whether in person or remotely, we can process your payment of choice.
Expecting Delivery.
Now that you've designed it and paid for it, you want it soon! We'll put your building on the delivery schedule as soon as it's ready to go.
Our hauler is an independent operator and will schedule your delivery as quickly as he can. In the meantime, prepare the site and wait for a call.
Any block needed for setup will be up to you to provide, and you can either have them on site on delivery day or ask the shed hauler to bring them. If the hauler provides the block, he will bill you for them separately. You can reimburse him on delivery day.
When delivery is scheduled, we will contact you to coordinate.
